FAQs
What should I wear?
Zone Athletics is an indoor shoe or barefoot environment. All children and adults must be wearing clean indoor shoes or bare feet at all times to keep our space clean and safe. We also recommend wearing comfortable clothes you can easily move in.
Do I need a membership to join?
No! Our Play Zone is open to everyone – members and non-members. Let the staff member know it’s your first time visiting and they will be happy to show you around our facility.
Do I need to pre-register?
At this time, there is no pre-registration required for the Play Zone.
How can I pay?
Families can pay by cash, debit, credit, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Just let our staff member know how you’d like to pay when you arrive.
Is there a staff member there?
Yes! One of our Rockstar Staff will be on the mats to ensure everyone is safe and enjoying their experience. Please follow their instructions at all times. If there is any equipment you’d like to use that is not on the floor, please ask the staff member before pulling it out. The Zone Athletics’ staff will not be instructing skills or leading activities, but they are always happy to answer any questions you may have.
